From serving as a summer missionary at age 13 to serving three years at the CEF International Headquarters to spending the past four years with Southwest Florida as the Local Coordinator, Ryan has been with CEF for more than half his life! Ryan’s primary responsibilities are to help build new partnerships with churches, schools, and individuals for the ministry. Apart from leading the local ministry, Ryan is passionate about coaching others on how to lead their respective ministry effectively and how to get others excited about what God is doing! He currently is training to be a juggler—of being a new dad and leading the local ministry! When he has free time, he enjoys all things football and sports!
Nathan began volunteering with CEF at the age of 12 and is a third-generation worker with the ministry. God used the early years of volunteering to build his passion for children’s ministry and fueled his decision to serve with CEF full-time. Utilizing his BAS in Business Supervision and Management from Florida SouthWestern State College, Nathan serves as the Assistant Local Director for the Southwest chapter. He manages the local CEF office, builds relationships with local churches and pastors, and assists with various ministry outreaches in the area. He and his wife Jessica have three wonderful children, Eleanor, Timothy, and Hazel. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys reading, working on DIY projects, board games, and playing sports.

Tammy joined our staff in February 2019. In 2015 while attending the yearly GIC at her church she felt the Lord’s calling to serve at a Good News Club. The following year she stepped into the role as team leader. Little did she know that the Lord was preparing her for serving as our Ministry Coordinator of, Lee County.
Tammy was saved at the age of eight and at the age of fourteen, became a PK (pastor’s kid). While serving in her father’s church, as a teenager, she began to realize her love for children and the joy it brought while teaching the Bible. She has served in children’s ministries at church ever since. She enjoys seeing the excitement in a child as they realize the truth of the Bible, God’s love, and accept Christ.
She and her husband have three children, whom they home-schooled and raised to serve the Lord and to love others. The two oldest recently married wonderful Godly spouses and the youngest serves weekly in a Good News Club. Tammy is grateful that God chose her parents to start and pass on a Christian heritage. She is thankful for God’s faithful guidance and so blessed He led her to serve at Child Evangelism Fellowship.
